How long will it take for my order to ship?
Our current processing time can always be found in the pink banner at the top of our website. Please note that processing times are listed in business days, which are Monday through Friday only. Weekends and holidays are not counted.
How long does it take for my order to arrive once it’s shipped?
Shipping times vary. Please note that sometimes the postal service runs into delays which could delay a package's delivery time.
USA packages: 2-14 business days
I entered the wrong address. Can it be changed?
Please contact me as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, I can update it for you. If it has already been shipped, you may need to contact the shipping carrier to request a redirection.
Do you ship internationally?
Not currently, however we are working to open international shipping as soon as possible.
Will my package have any customs fees?
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees that may apply to your package. We cannot be held responsible for any delays due to customs.
What do I do if I think my package is lost?
Shipping carriers can run into delays, a package is considered lost if it does not arrive within 30 days of an order being shipped. Please try and wait the 30 days, and if it still doesn’t arrive please contact me and I will do my very best to look into it and help find a solution!
What do I do if my package was marked as delivered but I can’t find it?
Shipping carriers can sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely, so what I recommend doing is:
1) Check around your house, near the mailbox, on the porch etc.
2) Ask other members of your household if maybe they brought it in
3) Check with neighbors, talk with your mailman to see where he left it
4) Most importantly, I highly recommend either going to or calling your local shipping carrier and providing them with the tracking number and letting them know it says delivered but you are unable to find it. Their system has GPS coordinates in which they should be able to locate where they marked it as delivered.
Are all products included in the spend $75+ get free shipping guarantee?
Yes, currently everything on the site is included in the promotion.
Can I apply a discount code after placing my order?
No, unfortunately discount codes must be entered at checkout and they cannot be applied to an order after it has been placed. If you are experiencing a technical issue while trying to apply a discount code, please reach out to us before placing your order and we would be more than happy to help!
Can I combine shipping if I place multiple orders?
Due to the volume of orders we receive, we are not able to combine multiple orders after they have been placed. Each order is processed separately to ensure it will ship as quickly as possible.
Overcharged on shipping?
Don’t worry! If our system charges more than what it actually costs to ship your order, we’ll automatically refund you the difference!
